These suits have lots of stretch but we would recommend sizing up if you have a long torso!

To extend the lifespan of your garment and preserve its colour:
Wash in cold water
Use gentle detergents
No Bleach
Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat
Iron and steam on medium low heat
