  • WHERE IS YOUR CLOTHING MADE?

    All of our goods are handmade by Julez and sewn, screen printed and\or embroidered in Vancouver, British Columbia.

    Our fabric is sourced mainly from second hand stores and other thrifting methods. 

  • WHAT IS SUSTAINABLE FASHION?

    Sustainable fashion means providing an end product that causes as little harm as possible to the envrionment and the people involved in the manufacturing process. Here at Hijulez we take care to ensure all materials are ethically sourced at every step of the way. 

    This comes in many forms, such as sourcing clothing from thrift stores and carefully dismantling the fabric to create something entirely new.

  • HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR VINTAGE?

    Each piece was sourced in either Paris, Florence or Vancouver and was selected for their quality fabrics and craftsmanship. These pieces are then reworked, embroidered, dyed and otherwise upcycled to ensure their longevity.

    When looking for vintage pieces I try to find things that are made using clothing production methods from past eras, hand stitching, and other unique details we do not commonly see in the age of fast fashion.

  • WHERE CAN WE FIND YOUR PRODUCTS IN-STORE?

    Select pieces are currently stocked at One of a Few, located in Vancouver’s Gastown, Zebra Club, on 15th and Granville and can be found at varying local markets throughout the year. Check out our Instagram to keep posted on where we’ll be! @hijulez

  • HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

    All orders will be sent out within 2 weeks of being placed.Made to order or custom pieces will be shipped upon completion. All items are sent via Canada Post. Depending on your location, it could be anywhere from one to three weeks for it to be delivered to you. Local (Vancouver) pick-up is always available at your leisure and can be organized through email (Julie@hijulez.com)!

  • CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?

    All embroidered hijulez goods are made to last. If the embroidery on your item unravels or is otherwise damaged, we will happily repair it for you! Contact julie@hijulez.com to arrange your repair. Other hijulez goods have a thirty-day exchange and return window. The customer is liable for shipping costs, and all returns/exchanges can be organized through email. If you are unsure of sizing or product details, please reach out and we will happily assist you in finding your perfect fit! Items are only accepted for returns/exchanges if the item is unworn, unwashed and still has its tags on!
